To act as a 4th Emergency Service for learners and employers by demonstrating and promoting an Open Door Policy and to work with local communities and businesses to develop and deliver professional, quality and value-based training programmes, which are: learner focused; empathic; have the right resources and will empower each individual to build the skills, knowledge, understanding and confidence needed to achieve their potential and progress in their chosen career or to further education.
